A center seamed top with a keyhole front neck that features a button and loop closure, empire waist with a gathered skirt or peplums as well as billowy sleeves that are gathered into a narrow, "above the wrist" cuff. The Romey comes in three lengths: High Hip Length Top, Above the Knee Length Dress, Long/Midi Length Dress.
